Bespoke Tailoring Process

Step 1 - Design Consultation

This is the time for us to understand what you are looking for — your style, color preferences and more. We will walk you through the custom-made procedure and provide price quotations.

• As part of the process, we offer 2–3 complimentary sketches.
• Additional sketches can be provided at USD 50 each, deductible from your final order as part of the deposit.

Step 2 - Measurement

Once we finalize a style, we will send through a payment link and measurement form. Either follow our measurement guide online or arrange for a virtual call to allow us to guide you through step by step.

Step 3 - Qipao Production

Once we have your measurements, it may take up to 4-6 weeks to make the qipao, depending on the style and complexity of the design. We will update you when the qipao is ready for delivery.

Step 4 - Local Alteration

If you need any adjustments after you receive your qipao, you can visit a local tailor and we reimburse you up to USD 30 for the alterations with a receipt proof
