Bespoke Tailoring orders take approximately 10 to 14 business days for our master tailors to hand-cut, craft, and steam before shipping. Delivery shipping times take an additional 3-7 days.

Because customized sizes are drafted and cut exclusively to your individual measurement specs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for bespoke styled items. Ready-to-wear items, however, have a flexible 30-day return policy.

Once your boutique order ships, we will email you a tracking courier link. You can also view shipping stages directly on our Track My Order page.

Yes, we dispatch globally to most locations, including Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, and Asia. Shipping cost flat rates apply at checkout ($35.00 flat fee).
