Bespoke Sizing Processing Time
Please note that items ordered with Bespoke Tailoring sizing require an additional 10–14 business days for handcrafting before dispatch. Express shipping does not reduce custom tailoring production times.
Easy 30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Kokodress purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your standard ready-to-wear items, you may request a return within 30 days of shipment.
Return Eligibility Guidelines:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original labels, product tags, and hanger hooks must remain attached.
- Bespoke/custom-tailored sizes are non-returnable and final sale due to their unique sizing specifications.
Exchanges:
To make an exchange, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order online for the correct style or color. We recommend placing the new order immediately to secure stock.
