California Transparency in Supply Chains Act
At Kokodress, we are dedicated to conducting business in an ethical, lawful, and responsible manner. We support the goals of the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657) and aim to prevent human trafficking and modern slavery within our supply chains.
1. Verification of Supply Chain
We evaluate our direct suppliers' facilities and business practices. Our product development team conducts reviews of production factories to verify compliance with local labor and human rights laws.
2. Supplier Audits
We reserve the right to audit suppliers' compliance with safety standards and labor codes. Audits are conducted by our sourcing representatives and may be announced or unannounced.
3. Certification of Materials
We request our direct suppliers to certify that the fabrics and craftsmanship incorporated into our modern qipao and occasion wear comply with the anti-slavery laws of the countries in which they do business.
4. Internal Accountability Standards
Kokodress maintains accountability standards for employees and contractors. If a supplier fails to meet these ethical standards, they are subject to review and potential termination of business relations.
