Bust
With your arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of your bust and under your arms. Keep the tape level and close to the body.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist—the narrowest part of your torso. Breathe normally; do not pull the tape tight or add extra ease.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. Keep the tape level.

I love the halter neckline and the long maxi cut. The black fabric with silver floral detail gives it a striking look, and the shape feels flattering.
