- Stand naturally.

Bust
With your arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of your bust and under your arms. Keep the tape level and close to the body.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist—the narrowest part of your torso. Breathe normally; do not pull the tape tight or add extra ease.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. Keep the tape level.

The blue color is lovely, and the long skirt gives this dress a dramatic line. I really like the slit; it breaks up the maxi length nicely.

I love the blue color on this dress. The maxi length gives it a long, flowing outline, and the slit adds movement when I walk.
