Pretty pink ruffles. Love it.
Bright yellow gives the ruffles a cheerful look, and the cascading detail adds movement from top to hem. I like the V-neck because it opens up the front nicely. The maxi length is dramatic, though it runs a little long for my taste and may need hemming. The shape is pretty and noticeable, just not as simple as I usually prefer.
Pink was exactly the mood I wanted, and the cascading ruffles are the first detail I noticed. They add movement down the skirt and give the long shape some interest. The maxi length looks graceful instead of bulky, which I appreciate because long dresses can sometimes overwhelm the whole look. I also like that the ruffle detail is noticeable but not stiff or overly fussy. The dress has a soft, flowing outline that works for my taste. From the front, the layers create a pretty line all the way down. It is one of those designs that looks special on its own, with enough detail to stand out.
