Deep blue gives this maxi dress a rich, simple look. The off-shoulder neckline sits nicely, and the smocked section adds a close, comfortable fit. I also enjoy the tiered skirt because it moves easily and has a relaxed shape. The length is long enough for the full maxi effect. Everything about the design works for me.
