Waist
Measure around your natural waist—the narrowest part of your torso. Breathe normally; do not pull the tape tight or add extra ease.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. Keep the tape level.

I love the one-shoulder shape and the ruching through the body. The blue looks great, and the mini length gives it a fun, fitted look.
