I love the white polka dots and high neckline. The mini length gives it a playful shape.

I liked the white color right away, especially with the polka dots. The high neckline gives the top a neat, covered look, and the sleeveless cut keeps the shape simple. The tiered skirt is my favorite part because it adds movement to the mini length instead of hanging straight. Fit was comfortable through the top for me, and the dress did not feel restrictive. My one issue is the length: it runs shorter than I expected, so I wanted a little more coverage. That is the only reason I did not give it five stars. Still, the overall shape is cute and the white color looks fresh.
