Waist

Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. Keep the tape level.

The wine red color looked great with the ruffles, which gave the dress a soft, playful finish. I liked the short length and the way the skirt moved when I walked. The bodice sat securely on me, so I was not adjusting it all the time.
