The smocked bodice sits nicely, and the long tiered skirt moves beautifully.
Black gives this dress a simple, easy look that I enjoy. The smocked bodice has a close fit, and the spaghetti straps keep the top light. I like the tiered shape because it adds movement through the long skirt instead of looking flat. The maxi length gives it a flowing outline. This is a favorite for its relaxed shape and clean design.
