Light green gives this a fresh, cheerful look I enjoy. The smocked top sits close and gives the dress a defined shape. Ruffle sleeves add a soft detail around the shoulders. The tiered skirt falls in an easy line instead of clinging, which I appreciate. Its maxi length gives the whole shape a long, flowing look. Nothing looks stiff or overly fussy. The color and small design details catch my eye first, but the simple shape is what I enjoy most. Comfortable too. I like that the sleeves, smocking, and tiers each bring something different to the dress. It comes across as feminine and relaxed from top to bottom.
