Bust
With your arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of your bust and under your arms. Keep the tape level and close to the body.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist—the narrowest part of your torso. Breathe normally; do not pull the tape tight or add extra ease.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. Keep the tape level.

I loved the fluorescent green right away. The smocked top sits close and gives the dress a simple shape, and the tie straps let me adjust the neckline a little. The maxi length falls nicely for the relaxed look I wanted. Easy favorite.
Military green looks great, and the adjustable tie straps gave me a comfortable fit.
Black was the color I wanted, and I liked the clean, simple line of this dress once I put it on. The smocked top fit snugly in a good way and stayed close instead of shifting around. I also liked being able to change the tie straps to get the neckline where I wanted it. The maxi skirt has a long, straight fall that looked nice standing up. My one issue is the length runs long for me, so the hem gathered near my feet and I had to hold it up on stairs. It is still a lovely dress, but the extra length was noticeable.
That fluorescent green and the long maxi cut won me over instantly.

I like how bold the fluorescent green looks, and the smocked bodice has a secure, comfortable fit. The tie straps let me adjust the top a bit, which helped it sit where I wanted. The skirt falls to a true maxi length and moves nicely instead of clinging. It is bright, relaxed, and fun to wear. The color is definitely the main thing here.
