With your arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of your bust and under your arms. Keep the tape level and close to the body.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist—the narrowest part of your torso. Breathe normally; do not pull the tape tight or add extra ease.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. Keep the tape level.

I liked the blue color and the short length gave it a fun look. The mini hem ran a little shorter than I expected, so I was more aware of it when moving around. The fit was flattering overall, but I wanted a bit more length.
Red is such a nice color here. The mini cut sat just where I wanted it, and the fit felt easy from top to hem.
