I love the black color and the fitted ruched design. The spaghetti straps give it a lighter look, and the gold hardware adds a nice detail near the top. The slit is placed well and gives the skirt some movement instead of leaving it too stiff. It hugs close through the middle, so expect a snug fit. The whole design looks sharp and flattering.
