Love the pink ruffles and pleated skirt.
White gives the ruffles and pleats a clean, noticeable look. I like how the square neckline frames the top with no extra fuss, and the mini cut keeps the shape light. The pleated sections add movement when I walk, so it does not look flat or stiff. Ruffle detail can sometimes look overly busy, but this design stays cute and simple. The fit sits neatly through the upper part and the skirt has a fun little flare. It is a short dress, so I want the mini length exactly as shown. For me, the combination of the square neck, pleats, and ruffles is the best part. It looks feminine and cheerful.
